Account Executive (Contract Staffing Team)

REPORTS TO: Manager of Account Executives FUNCTION: The Account Executive is responsible for identification, development, and maintenance of clients. To secure job orders through marketing and client development. Manage presentation of candidates to clients. Manage client relations during projects. Negotiation of contracts with client companies. Must be bright, assertive, and demonstrate a solid track record in the business community. An undergraduate degree is strongly desired. RESPONSIBILITIES: CLIENTS: To obtain a complete and accurate job order.To follow office policy regarding negotiation of rates with clients. Negotiate contracts with clients. Responsible for presentation of candidate to clients.. Set up interviews between company and candidate. Prepare company for candidate meeting. Debrief company after each interview. Resolve and negotiate any objections or conflicts. Obtain an offer from the company. Close the offer. Manage ongoing client relationship while consultants are on projects.TELEMARKETING: Complete the required number of marketing and recruiting calls daily to generate new client and candidate activity.ON-GOING RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to the team effort. Keep accurate and organized files. Write a daily plan. Maintain an ongoing dialogue with all members of our team to keep everyone informed about all activities. Participation in daily job order meetings. Manage client relations. Visit existing and potential clients. Prepare periodic analysis of market. Development and communicate recruit leads to recruiters. Additional responsibilities may be designated by management from time to time.


Technical Recruiter (Contract Staffing Team)

Job Description:
REPORTS TO: Technical Staffing Manager FUNCTION:The Recruiter is responsible for identification, recruitment, interviewing, marketing, and placing appropriate individuals with a specific software expertise in the IT industry. The recruiter is also responsible for placing and maintaining contractors with our client companies. An undergraduate degree is strongly desired.RESPONSIBILITIES:CANDIDATE RECRUITING: Recruit consultants. Develop and maintain consultant database. To screen, interview and qualify all candidates. Conduct reference checks (minimum three). Verify start date of each placement. Prepare candidates for each client interview. Debrief candidates after interview. Negotiate rates with consultants. Extend consulting offers. Negotiate contracts with consultants. Maintain weekly contact with consultant while on assignment. Negotiate consultant increases. Negotiate extensions of assignments. Terminate (if necessary) consultant project. Resolve any issues that may arise.TELEMARKETING:· Complete the required number of marketing and recruiting calls daily to generate new client and candidate activity. ON-GOING RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to the team effort. Keep accurate and organized files. Write a daily plan. Maintain an ongoing dialogue with all members of our team to keep everyone informed about all activities. Develop and communicate client leads to A/Es. Attend daily job order meetings. Prepare periodic analysis of market. Convey accurate information (via PINKS) to administrative staff.Additional responsibilities may be designed by management from time to time.

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager FUNCTION:To recruit, interview, market and place appropriate candidates to meet client employment needs. To secure job orders through marketing and client development. Follow all phases of the placement process as described below.RESPONSIBILITIES:CANDIDATE RECRUITING: To recruit for candidates. Maintain candidate database To screen, interview and qualify all candidates. Conduct reference checks. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Verify start date of each placement. Prepare candidates for each client interview. Debrief candidates after interview. Pre-close an offer with the candidate. Close candidate to accept job offer. Maintain a dialogue with the candidate from the time the offer is accepted to the start of employment.
